How it works

Once you engage with our scheduling team, we initiate a secure consultation with a TGS operations manager. This personal brief enables us to understand your objectives, priority movements, and any pressing concerns. From there, we tailor a layered security and logistics solution that reflects your operational profile—ranging from discreet meet-and-greet support to full protective mobility with embedded EP agents.

TGS Service Levels

Level 1 – Foundational Support

TGS conducts advanced assessments to support your travel, including visa and documentation preparation, immunization advisories, airport protocols, route planning with traffic and weather overlays, emergency contacts, hospital capabilities, and location-based risk alerts. Once assessed, we deliver a tailored brief covering all key movement phases. Available globally, with follow-on coordination upon request.

Level 2 – Ground Reception & Movement

Includes agent greeting upon terminal exit, secure vehicle coordination, and optional close protection. The duty agent confirms identity, briefs the client, escorts to the vehicle, and provides primary route and contingency info. Optional upgrades include additional vehicles or 24/7 support. (Expanded personnel and assets billed separately.)

Level 3 – Fast-Track & Airport Integration

Our vetted expeditor teams facilitate discreet fast-track airport clearance, minimizing exposure and delays. Upon arrival or departure, clients are escorted via expedited lanes, assisted through immigration and security, and supported with baggage collection and clearance. Agents are discreet, using TGS-designated symbols provided in advance to the client.

Level 4 – Full Journey Management

Combines Level 2 and Level 3 services, integrating ground movement, airport fast-tracking, and protective briefings under a single operational plan. TGS assets remain on-call for adjustments, contingencies, or direct response throughout the client’s travel window.
